  I spent a few minutes trying to figure this one out [SRV's "Couldn't Stand

  The Weather"] about a week ago.  I don't have much of it, but this might

  help you out, and it's better than nothing.

  

  Remember -- as always with SRV, tune down half a step.

  

  The opening flurry is consists of riffs on wierd suspensions of the chords

  Bm, A, G and F#, I think.

  

  After that, it kicks into the main riff:

  (Bb) |-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|

  (Gb) |-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|

  (Db) |-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|

  (Ab) |-5-3-5-----------|---------------3-|-5-3-5-----------|-----------------|

  (Eb) |-----------1---3-|-----------4-5---|-----------------|---2---3---4---5-|

         1 & 2 & 3 & 4 &   1 & 2 & 3 & 4 &   1 & 2 & 3 & 4 &   1 & 2 & 3 & 4 &

  

  The verses continue with that chord progression -- D, then G.  I think the

  chorus was mostly F#m and E.
