This next part is rhythem figure 1, and is used quite a bit in the song. A is just the opened fifth string. q means quarter note and e means eighth note. Play rhythem figure 1 for the first three lines, and just hit eighth note C chords for the last line. The music continues by repeating the intro, rhythem figure 1 once, a measure of eighth note C chords (No dogs body!), a measure of eighth note G chords, and then back to rhythem figure 1 for the second verse. For the 11 measure guitar solo there is a background guitar which plays a simple eighth note rhythem. The rhythem guitar slides between every chord change. Next comes the bridge. This part is a little difficult to tabulate clearly. : stands for the repeat measure sign, and the numbers above the tab refer to each repeat. There is a background guitar which plays a rhythem using DII, GIII and F#m, and ending with a measure of D. I'll label where the rhythem guitar chord changes are above the lead guitar tab.
