It is suitable for the intermediate level player with a solid knowledge of three finger chords and chord-melody style of playing. The use of notes in the upper octave will be the biggest challenge to learning the piece. The presence of a 1+ fret in various places throughout the arrangement is optional. Simply substitute an open string for the 1+ fret.
