By John Denver. Arranged by Elaine Conger. Rock. Individual part. 4 pages. Larry Conger/Dulcimerican Music #5317379. Published by Larry Conger/Dulcimerican Music (A0.509781).

From John Denver's 1971 album "Poems, Prayers and Promises" this arrangement is intended for solo mountain dulcimer in 1-5-8 or DAD tuning.  It is suitable for the intermediate level player with a solid knowledge of three finger chords and chord-melody style of playing.  The use of notes in the upper octave will be the biggest challenge to learning the piece.  The presence of a 1+ fret in various places throughout the arrangement is optional.  Simply substitute an open string for the 1+ fret.

Three pages.  Tablature, standard musical notation, lyrics and guitar accompaniment chords are included.
