Trust me this is gd as it has the correct notes an everything, mostly being tabbed by watchin a live vid of it, noticing Lee has insane chord formations due to streching. Other tabbers never got this. Feel free to email me for anything. Also, if u like this, i got a 100% correct version of "fake$oundofprogre$$ Live" and "andshetoldmetoleave Live" - both are like 100% correct i shit you not. Only problem is that you have to search for them on mx, cos for some strange reason they arent in the band section. PM . = palm mute that/those notes / = slide up = slide down ?b? = bend string on that fret to make sound of ? fret above. INTRO: Guitar 1: (you want a phase/chorus effect on eg. "Dimension" on Line 6 MM4, plus single coils ie neck and middle 'cos a soapbar is actually used) There are different variations here - the 1st one is the correct 1 but the 2nd can be played to lead into the up an down riff played fast when bands kicks in. x16 x8, then go into this riff for x8 D|---------------------|--------------------------------------------------| A|-----13------13------|-----13----13------|--------13----------13--------| F|-14------14------14v-|--------14----14v--|-----14----14----14----14-----| C|---12--12--12--12----|--12---------------|--12----------12----------12~-| G|---------------------|-------------------|------------------------------| C|---------------------|--------------------------------------------------| When Guitar 2 ends on the ringing open strings, Guitar 1 could (optional) play the 14th fret on F string again to end (using an FX loop would do this, meaning that they could go straight into the verse more easily) or could go straight into the verse. These stretches are quite big so u either have ur guitar high up or position it almost vertical. Guitar 1 then plays something like this: (some kind of wah used) This also could be octaves with the G string (ie 2 frets back) as it sounds as more than one string is used. Either way is tremelo picked. Tremelo pick the note an slowly bend it higher, then slide to the nxt correct note whilest keeping the bend going. Also the Guitar 1 overlay of Chorus 2 sounds like a keyboard bit from Jamie but live it is Lee who plays it. Probs/comments/questions email me.
